We know there are a lot of questions related to the COVID-19 closures. Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT?

While we hope to make the salon experience feel as normal as possible, we do have additional guidelines we must follow per our state health order. These will protet you and your stylist during your service. 

Stylists and clients much wear masks while inside the building we recommend masks with ear loops, if you do not have one we have them available for purchase in the salon for $2.

 

We have our "backyard" available for you to sit while your color processes. A mask is not required outside as long as you are not within 6ft.

If you have been in contact with anyone with a positive or pending Covid-19 test please reschedule your appointment. We will see you when you are fully cleared. 

There will never be more than 4 people in the salon at one time. Two stylists and two clients maximum. All surfaces and tools are disinfected after each use.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

If you had an appointment that had to be canceled due to the closure we will be contacting you as soon as we have a definite open date. Online booking will not be available during this time as we will be prioritizing our clients who have been displaced during this closure. 

If you didn't have an appointment booked prior to the shut down you can add yourself to our Waitlist HERE or click the BOOK NOW  button at the top of the page.

 

Simply search for the service you want, it will not show dates available until September, then scroll down and choose "Add to Waitlist." Choose dates and times that work for you and add a note if you'd like to stay on the Waitlist beyond those dates.

WHEN WILL YOU REOPEN?

It was announced on 5/30/2020 that hair salons in Santa Cruz count can reopen. We are putting the finishing touches on everything we need to be in compliance and we will start calling to schedule appointments soon. If you had an appointment that was displaced we will be contacting you in the order that you were canceled. 

HELP! I RAN OUT OF SHAMPOO!

No worries! You can purchase product online and arrange curb side pick up. Just head to our SHOP

MY ROOTS ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY! 

Same girl, same. We have temporary root touch up sprays available! They are easy to use, and you won't have to run the risk of needing a color correction when we reopen. They are currently available for pre-order, just send us a message HERE.

ARE YOU MAKING HOUSE CALLS?

We can't make house calls, it is illegal and is punishable by revoking our salon license. As much as we want to do hair, we also want a business to come back to when this is over.

I WAS OFFERED A PREMIUM APPOINTMENT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Occasionally, we are able to offer appointments outside our regular business hours. These appointments are called Premium Appointments and have a premium price due to overtime. These are only available when they happen to fit in the stylists's personal schedule, and are a convenience to the client who did not find the appointment they wanted available with in the stylists normal schedule.
