Here's the Rundown...

Imagine this: You hire an apprentice passionate about the beauty industry with no preconceptions about salon life. You get to train them from the ground up with the support of a real salon life focused apprenticship academy.

They join your salon team and after some basic training they can help you maximize your income behind the chair, or take clients you don't have room for on your books

They work  under you for 24 months assisting you and doing their own services on paying clients. At the end of their apprenticeship, they earn their license, and they can transition to a commission or booth rent position in your salon or suite.

Simply join our mentor list and we will refer potential apprentices to you. You interview and only hire someone who is a great fit for your salon or studio.
